Berry and Goat Cheese Crostini

Start your dinner tonight with this pretty and delicious appetizer! Using plain crostini made from Mrs. Hewitt’s dinner rolls, layer crostini with room temperature goat cheese, drizzle with honey (optional but adds a touch of sweetness), and top with your favorite berry. I have personally used blackberries, raspberries, and strawberries, and they all worked great.
To add an extra festive touch, crush a couple raspberries into the goat cheese and stir well to make it pink before adding to crostini. The raspberries won’t really add any flavor since you only need one or two, but they will make the goat cheese a beautiful light pink color.
