Buffalo Chicken Crostini
Ingredients:
- Mrs. Hewitt’s White Dinner Rolls (top 8 allergen free)
- Olive oil
- Garlic powder
- Seasoning salt
- Shredded chicken
- Buffalo sauce
- Feta cheese
- Chives
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Line a baking sheet with crumpled foil (this will help keep the bottom of the crostini from sweating against the pan–see stories for example).
- Slice room temperature dinner rolls into 1/4” thick slices.
- Lay sliced rolls over crumpled foil lined baking sheet.
- Spray tops of roll slices with olive oil spray OR drizzle with olive oil.
- Sprinkle both garlic powder and seasoning salt over the unbaked crostini.
- Bake for 5-6 minutes and then turn to broil for an additional 1-2 minutes. Keep an eye on your crostini while they broil! You want them just barely golden brown but not burnt.
- Remove crostini and move to a cooling rack.
- Mix shredded chicken with your favorite buffalo sauce, layer on top of crostinis with feta cheese and chives. Enjoy!
