Buffalo Chicken Crostini

Ingredients:
  • Mrs. Hewitt’s White Dinner Rolls (top 8 allergen free)
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic powder
  • Seasoning salt
  • Shredded chicken
  • Buffalo sauce
  • Feta cheese
  • Chives
Directions:
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Line a baking sheet with crumpled foil (this will help keep the bottom of the crostini from sweating against the pan–see stories for example).
  3. Slice room temperature dinner rolls into 1/4” thick slices.
  4. Lay sliced rolls over crumpled foil lined baking sheet.
  5. Spray tops of roll slices with olive oil spray OR drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Sprinkle both garlic powder and seasoning salt over the unbaked crostini.
  7. Bake for 5-6 minutes and then turn to broil for an additional 1-2 minutes. Keep an eye on your crostini while they broil! You want them just barely golden brown but not burnt.
  8. Remove crostini and move to a cooling rack.
  9. Mix shredded chicken with your favorite buffalo sauce, layer on top of crostinis with feta cheese and chives. Enjoy!
