Mrs. Hewitt’s Pizzawiches or Pizza Rolls
Ingredients:
- Mrs. Hewitt’s Gluten-free Dinner Rolls (top 8 allergen free)
- Pizza sauce
- Shredded mozzarella cheese
- Favorite pizza toppings
Instructions:
- Thaw rolls. I usually keep the rolls frozen until I’m ready to use them. They can be thawed on the counter, popped in the microwave for a few seconds, or baked in the oven. Baking will give a crustier roll, and for these I’d probably pass on that option. Rolls are pre-baked, so they don’t need additional cooking
- Cut in half.
- To sauce or not to sauce? Some people have strong feelings about adding sauce to sandwiches just before eating. If this is you, great! Put sauce in a small container to either dip or pour it on when you’re ready. Don’t care to wait, go ahead and sauce.
- Top with your favorite pizza toppings!
