Ingredients:

Mrs. Hewitt’s Gluten-free Dinner Rolls (top 8 allergen free)

Pizza sauce 

Shredded mozzarella cheese

Favorite pizza toppings

Instructions:

  1. Thaw rolls. I usually keep the rolls frozen until I’m ready to use them. They can be thawed on the counter, popped in the microwave for a few seconds, or baked in the oven. Baking will give a crustier roll, and for these I’d probably pass on that option. Rolls are pre-baked, so they don’t need additional cooking 
  2. Cut in half.
  3. To sauce or not to sauce? Some people have strong feelings about adding sauce to sandwiches just before eating. If this is you, great! Put sauce in a small container to either dip or pour it on when you’re ready. Don’t care to wait, go ahead and sauce.
  4. Top with your favorite pizza toppings!
